Th ey can't patch the infinite kneel glitch. It's caused by the overall game mechanics, being a solely online game connection errors are bound to lag the game out and there is no patch to prevent someone from switching their wifi off and back on again. The only thing they could do was add a fix that when the fireteam leader gets booted the rest of the team does but I don't think they will because that would piss off so many people due to rage quitters in pvp and elsewhere. I don't think bungie is going to be able to change that glitch, it's something that can't be changed because of the base development of the game
