Shoot to Loot
I've had a few people ask me about scouts and snipers that have the Shoot to Loot perk. Here are a few names of some commons- Jigoku Sr3/Trax Mallus III/ Heiracon-Lr3/ Trajan-C. Feel Free to add names of some rare and other commons with the perk to the List.
