Why the -blam!- doesn't Xur sell shit that is useful? Every week is a god damn disappointment

If you play the game alot, you will always be dissappointed with Xur. I just don't think he will ever sell the top tier, most sought after items. This game is all about grinding, that is their 10 year plan. So with that said, i just don't think they will be giving away the items that keep us grinding away.
