I have a "Poor" connection..
I keep restarting my router and turning off my xbox but i get the red connection bar by my name and start lagging during raids and crucible. I have a open nat type so wtf? I can play League with no major lag or minor. Is it the servers? I just booted everyone on my house off my router to see if its them but no even when its just my xbox its still "poor".

If ur connected on wifi, depending on your bandwidth.... Could cause lag or frame rate delay. I'd connect with a Hardline connection cause wifi is garbage for the online gaming world. Or increase your bandwidth of your still running dial up :)
