its impossible to get into the 2nd chest room. i've spent a good couple hours attempting that. every inch of the walls to that room are blocked off.

The door begins to close once you kill the second shrieker. Try and work out your timing

If you wipe right after you complete the bridge as soon as your team spawns kill both shreekers and run and jump to the room.

Its possible if u have 5 ppl working on mobs and 1 just trying to get there preferably a hunter so they can blade dance across in the air
