I haven't even tried the raid yet. I'm still pissed that all of our previous raid gear was worse than standard, purple vendor stuff. Gear resets(in other games that feature the concept), at least occur after a year or so...not two and half months after release. It's disturbing that you can be in level 30 VoG gear and then all of a sudden, everyone else is level 30+ around you, the moment the expansion releases(thanks to vendors). I can't wait to RNG for weeks, until I get a full 32 Crota set, so that I can start the next expansion purchasing level 33 vendor gear with everyone else who didn't run the last raid, with less than a 2 month relationship with my maxed stats, so that I can grind through weeks of raids for level 34 gear, so that I can buy level 35 stuff with everyone else, so that I can re-grind all the way up to level 36 raid status, so that I can start the next expansion on even grounds, again...and so on.
