It was an idea that came up and looked thru all the posts and topics never finding one like this. This part of Destiny is to improve Destiny, right? Well you all know how many loading screens you have to go thru if you have 3 characters to level up, re-gear-, and for some hellish reason go to the tower pick up bounties to rank up(this applies to the next Iron Banner starting at rank zero, too). To cut down on these long load screens by a few why not have the change character feature let you select your guardian and spawn where you last were instead of spawning in space, selecting your destination, watching your nicely decorated ship go into the planet and leave out of the planet and enter another planet then leave the planet then enter the tower to do this process all over again, Best example: You have three Guardians; You choose tower for your first Character, pick up some bounties, select change character; loading screen(1), select your other character, Loading screen(a little longer loading screen do to information and data replacing your other characters(2), your in tower where your last character was and you pick up your bounties, rinse and repeat and then go to the place bounty needs to be done and complete it and swap characters on that planet and complete it and etc. You get the picture. Imagine how much time it saves players. This can also be applied inside strikes, dailies, and raids. If for whatever reason a person leaves and you needed a certain role they can just swap characters from within without being invited if the group is closed to invite only and less loading screens to deal with.
