Deej or Bungie staff, I'm not sure if this is right. I've had a few people tell me that I was wrong so I figured I come to the source and ask. Yesterday (12/12/14) I ran through the Vault on all my characters like I always do. On one character I received a pre-expansion max damage 300 Plan C. I didn't need one so I broke it down for energy and a exotic shard. On my last character after beating Atheon I received my first Thunderlord, but it was also 274-300 damage, not the 302-331. Is this supposed to be happening? I understand the old raid weapons maybe not being upgraded, but the exotic drops too? It's in my inventory on my male warlock, just sitting there all not upgraded and I'd rather not spend the coin and glimmer if this is fixable, if not then I better grind tonight so I can do it before Xur leaves.
