I have to take back my thing about the rules. I looked into it further. Apparently the in game reportable offenses aren't mentioned anywhere in the official rules. If shoulder charging other players off cliffs is "fun" then I guess that's totally legit. I just learned something! Thanks for the patience. I was way off.
