Question: I know Ice Breaker is the best sniper currently in game but with Arc burn would a maxxed P&T be effective in the sniper positions?

It would work just doesn't hit as hard

There are no arc enemies so it would be ok but not better. No shields as well for normal mode

Got an Ice Breaker 2.0 last night in a ROC Strike!!!! (Legendary Engram) and for once the Cryptarch was on my side. Will be leveling this baby up as soon as I get home from work today. Tried it out last night and freekin love this gun.
