Does it seem that a lot of the new Vanguard weapons have worse perk selections than the previous batch? The AR are both low impact and high rate of fire. The Devil You Don't only holds 5 rounds and the previous scout rifle A.1 had firefly and Field scout. I still plan on buying some but it just seemed to me they really want you to grind for dropped weapons this time around. Previously I had several Vanguard weapons I liked while I hunted for drops not so much with the new ones. And commendatons, what a great idea.
