Old Exotic Stats on drop from day one of DLC
So I got Plan C from the VoG last night, but the stats are still pre-expansion. Has anybody else had this? I thought all exotics dropping from yesterday onwards would have the new, higher attack etc.

Pre-dlc legendaries should have received light and dmg boosts to at least match tower vendor junk. Same for exotics, the " reset to upgrade " system with Xur is absolutely horrible. Glad people have to hope and pray he offers their item as an upgrade option. Ugh.

I think all stuff that drops from the VoG will still be pre DLC stats. It sucks because I got new armor and hoped it would be upgraded but it wasn't. I had exotic bounties going that I started before the DLC and was just able to turn them in (needed to buy items from Xur) and when I turned them in they were upgraded to the higher stats. I don't know why all other new stuff drops at the upgraded stats but the VoG is excluded, I'd love to hear a reason why. I can see maybe the armor, but the guns should've gotten the bump, especially the exotics that drop

Just got Hard light from raid chest Stats are pre dlc. Was super happy, then almost instantly super sad.

I got a legendary primary engram drop from a chest last night while doing patrol missions. Decrypted it and it was a pre buff new monarchy assault rifle. To say the least I was really disappointed. There is no use for it, why would bungie allow this to happen?

Got the same "problem". A Patience and Time dropped from a raid chest in VoG but was still the old version. Just want to know if this is intended or not... Would save me one upgrade

I turned in a Thorn and Invective Bounty the day of DLC that I was waiting to turn in and they were new stats. Seems like Bungie just wants to keep f'ing real players over, since I assume all legendary guns in the VoG are pre DLC too? And Raid gear is only 30 light not 33 like vanguard gear? They need a major overhaul, which can only happen if they actually listen to what the players are saying instead of constantly screwing us.
