Is Bungie Justified In taking away Nightfall and Weekly strikes from non-DLC owners?
Those of us who don't feel like forking over another $30 for a season pass are getting punished by having our Nightfall and Weekly strikes taken away as well as losing the engram reward for Tiger Strikes, Is this justifiable by Bungie?

Yeah it makes sense... You don't have the dlc so when the new strike is in the rotation obviously you won't get to play it.
