I've seen people talk about this completely enraged and some saying to grow up about it. So I'm gonna try to be subtle about this and tell you my opinion. First of all, a common misconception and I am pretty sure is the case, is that they're not gonna take the xp away from the guns when you upgrade them you will just have to pay the glimmer and materials for the item which is easy to get now. So, even if it is the case, we should be thankful that they even thought about our old exotics. They could've just turned a blind eye to it and said whatever. But they didn't, which we need to appreciate that we can keep our icebreaker and ghallihorn etc. I get that people don't want to pay the exotic shards and on the slight chance that I'm wrong, level up the gun agian, at least we get that chance.
