Since the Tower location is a non-combat location, It is a waste of time/energy to have to select the tower in the map, and Then select "Launch". Since the tower is a special type of location (no combat, no Difficulty, no options), I suggest that 'tower' simply loads the tower, without having to hit the extra step of 'launch'.
