they should have a competitive crucible playlist where you get banned temporarily for losing 5 matches in a row or having a k/d under 1.0 for 5 matches or something. this way hardcore crucible players can avoid playing with weak teammates. you'll also get an increased chance in getting exotic loot and legendary engrams in the playlist too.
