Thanks for the sympathy. Truth be told I'm still gutted by this. A huge chunk of my economy is gone now. Destiny gamers complain about a lack of content and Bungie's response is to make the game more restrictive and give us 'less' options. Brilliant move.

Personally, my group did a rep grind and farmed materials during the interim, so you'd earn lots of rep and maybe 10~20 crucible marks on a run; with multiple players calling out chests and coordinating patrols it was lucrative and entertaining. Without that aspect of the game, I won't be logging back in. And neither will my GF. My buddies did minor Crucible in their off time, but we had no interest so this update has forced our hand
