2 shots will get you close to dead, as a hunter with the weakest armour setting. I can't speak for any other classes, more often its when your under fire from multiple people and getting splash damage from grenades that may finish you off. But similarly the Hawkmoon will guarantee 3 shot kills with occasional 2 shots if your lucky with the extra damage bullet. So I don't think this gun is unbalanced. its sitting in the right place, it probably shouldn't of got a magazine increase though, how much did it go up to? it is quite hard to get and not the easiest to use, so its fair that it should be powerfull to some degree. unless we get to a point where 5 out of 6 of your opponents are using it, I don't see a problem. People are using a variety of guns post patch and enjoying weapons they otherwise stored in their vaults, thats good. Pre-patch I was getting frustrated with 5 out of 6 opponents using fusion rifles or shotguns as their main weapon. thats when you have a problem.
