Here is a video of a fireteam of 6 level 29's beating Atheon. It wasn't much harder than with level 30's. We just had the two in the portal without the relic help take out the portal enemies more than you normally would when running as a level 30. Note: We lost one guy after the first portal phase, so we completed it with 5 level 29's.
