Ghost obtained, card not present in grimoire.
I have obtained the ghost collectibles for the shattered coast and two other "places" but their respective cards do no show up in my grimoire. I have gone back and even reverted to the internet to make sure i had them and they, the ghosts, are no longer present to be revived.
