My two pence. I switch a lot between my primary weapons, special & heavy which means going in to the menus to change. I would like to see cycling choice on d pad ( up - primary, down - special, right - heavy). Each press in a given direction would also cycle through weapons in that category (I.e. 'Up' Auto Rifle, 'Up' Scout Rifle etc...). This could also pave the way for a new multi class weapon. One that fits in to every class. Where mode can be selected with D-Pad. The rocket launcher for this could be replaced easily with a scout rifle element with exploding bullets (impact or proximity upgrade option).... Maybe... Ultimately this post is about a better weapon select option.
