I'm the leader/helper. If I join a group with a few people that don't have a lot of experience I'll gladly explain the whole thing to them, step by step. That being said, I can turn in to the narcissist when said noobs don't listen and keep asking what to do over and over again. The raid is not hard, just quit dying but dumb shit and learn to use some damn cover!
