The mediator, when things get heated, and morale is low, we assure that it's going to be ok and we'll get it next run, next run....next run. I have to constantly keep spirits up if we have a 24-26 in a normal raid, they get embarrassed that they can't carry their weight and want to leave, but in reality if you leave....you'll just still be 24-26. My first raid was 2 hours of getting screamed at so I keep that in mind when I play with new, or unfamiliar raiders, we all start as beginners.
