The vex mythoclast..
Got it on my first ever hard mode run and again on my second run.. It's at 300 now and how do I say this..? PILE OF SHIIIIIIT!!!

I use it, its decent in PvP. With the range perk (headshots in succession make the extended battery irrelevant unless you're facing 3 or more enemies) but in PvE its hard to use... I put the battery on in PvE because higher level enemies eat that 21 round clip BUT I'm mainly a PvP player so it works for me. Side note: They're supposed to be buffing it again, so keep your hopes up! Also, you got the grimore card for it now!
