So it was early after reset, about 6:30 am, and I thought I'd give this week's Nightfall strike a try. I've soloed Phogy Nightfall before plus have maxed raid weapons and Voidwalker so I wasn't too concerned about finishing it this time. I slowly pick off enemies and make it all the way to Phogoth and start working his health down from a semi-safe location. His health is down to a sliver and I can see an exotic in my future. My super is charged so I figure I'll use it and Corrective Measure to finish him off. I aim for the Phogster and my Warlock does his jump/fire super ability hitting the wall immediately to my left. I die. Misadventure. Back to orbit. I was dumbfounded. I've killed myself with that super before but just couldn't believe what had happened. Lesson learned though. So, has anyone had a similar experience?
