Im not talking about you played a couple games and got to rank 1 without getting it, but if youve played countless games and have yet to find it id like to know. Personally ive capped both my characters marks, and gotten them both to rank 2 without getting anything better than a rare engram. Just curios if its just bad luck that I havent gotten it or if its rarer than I though. When Iron Banner was up in Beta I got 3 or 4 of them and that was with easily half the amount of play time. So who else has logged hours on end into Iron Banner without receiving Timur's Lash? Also im not trying to whine about not getting it, in fact I doubt ill ever use i., I just find it odd that I found multiple in Beta in half the time that ive spent this time around.
