Unsupportive Behaviour
I've been playing Destiny since it came out (racked up about 500 hours!) and even though I've suffered from several connection problems I still enjoy playing it.
I've literally only just started playing multiplayer (which I don't usually do on any games) and decided to play on Iron Banner and while I'm inexperienced and admittedly not very good I still enjoy playing it.
During one Iron Banner match I noticed several of the other teams players hiding in the bushes and behind walls. So, I started doing the same, after all it did seem like a good tactic to use and it did work.
But, after the match I received a message via Xbox Live from G4TTM4N saying;
"u r so bad at this game sat in a corner u better playing lego batman"
This has really upset me especially as I only copied the other teams tactics. This kind of behaviour shouldn't be allowed in ANY game and actually goes against Bungie's Code Of Conduct shown here; http://www.bungie.net/en/View/bungie/conduct
So, is there any official procedure to make complaints against players that contravene the Code Of Conduct?

Being on a team with a low level in IB can be painful. Ive won games where everyone on the other team will have really nice k/d s but one guy will be around a .07 or something ridiculous and the entire team loses. And with the fact that you get nothing for losing of course people get annoyed. As for the other team sending hatemail its typically sore losers.

When receiving hate mail, just shrug it off and put them on your ignore list, because the truth is, they're most likely an angry, mouth breathing, 14 year old ass hat with an ego the size of Mount Everest.

4 RisposteWell firstly your kd is disgustingly bad. Frankly I'm going to say what i always do, Watch some videos, read up some information online, this is like going into the raid with no idea what to do or what type of weapons you need. Your just hurting your team. after all that if you cant maintain a 1.0 kd, which is not that hard... then you shouldn't be in pvp. Because again, YOU are the detriment to your teamates. Frankly i dont feel for you at all, your ilk is whats ruining gaming. always looking for the easy way out why bother working for it.

I'm afraid you get players like that sad to say twats in my opinion I might not be great at the game but I do try hard every time and if a team mates down I'll always try and help out.

Frankly I don't think Bungie should have to step in here. I'm assuming this is your first time ever dealing with an asshole in PvP, right? Block 'em and git gud. Don't start off in the iron banner, try whichever other crucible type you want though. Iron Banner removes the restrictions, meaning you'll get consistently destroyed by high level players. Try a team-based mode and stick with anybody who seems to know what they're doing, and learn from them. Be prepared for some frustration along the way though. Have fun.

I like lego batman! On another note I was once told to "eff off and play viva pinata " whilst playing snd on cod 4, I was " camping " the bomb site stopping them from disarming! Bad losers will always blame others! Keep in there and enjoy the game you paid for!

Xbox Live has a built-in feedback system if you want to report someone. To be honest, it doesn't sound like the worst thing I've ever heard anyone say on Xbox Live. He's just pissed that you beat him.

Bro this is how multiplayer is sometimes. These people are called ragers. They just get mad at everyone. It would be more Likely in a iron banner considering the ex needed and how long the games are but just because someone goes and makes a annoying comment don't go and tattle on him. Even if needed just block him it's pretty unlikely that bungee will do something and if they do what wipe is account. And if they do actually ban him that's just being mean making someone losing everything just because u made him mad.

well you can report them for unfriendly behavior but I don't think bungie gives a -blam!- . I have had a few real class assholes during PVE . I report them but I doubt it makes the slightest difference. With some xbox stuff you can blacklist them from matchmaking but seeing as we don't really have matchmaking I don't see it working here.
