Ghost Fragment: Legends 2
Please see the linked video at 7:08. While this is a PS4 Video, I cannot find the dead ghost on the Xbox One and it appears to be glitched. I also looked in my grimoire to ensure I hadn't picked it up by accident, and it wasn't there. I know I can get 50 others to get the achievement, but I would like the complete grimoire as it basically provides the story that the game doesn't

1 RispondiI've found and revived that ghost at my first playthrough in september but it wasn't added in my grimoire list, shame cause this is the only dead ghost missing. The other glitched ghost (Mars, in the dark subway passage) was retrieved after the last patch.
