I 3 shot a level 24 yesterday with my maxed VoC (all three to the noggin) but it seems more like normal Crucible the closer the level gap. At 29, I see 30's with a very slight advantage and 28's with a very slight disadvantage, but not to the point that I'm being killed, or killing too quickly.
