If you have that much trouble against 26 and below you are trash. Level 30s have godmode enabled against them.
You must be an awfull PvP player. IB is working well and that list above is from my experience while playing in it.

You're an idiot. You lag across the screen to probably 90% of the players you meet. Even then you still arent good. Saying "get good" and "scrub" lol -blam!-ing loser. IB does not scale correct even if YOU think it does. Btw congrats on 3 lvl 30's with terrible stats. -blam!-ing nerd ahaha.

Someday you are level 30 too. First you need to get better though.
