How often have you played? I played IB every day last time, and got to rank 3. Right now I'm pushing rank 4. It definitely feels different. I can actually gun down enemies lower level than me, and before I hit 30, level 30s still took a little more effort to kill. I killed a level 11 with three shots of my AR. None of them were to the head.
