More than One Exotic Weapon/Armor Equipped at a time
Would it be plausible to have more than one exotic weapon or armor equipped at a time? If the exotics were buffed a lot more, I could see the reasoning, but for my example, I have several exotic weapons that are no better than my legendary ones. There is an inconvenience of having to keep swapping items around just so a single exotic can be used. Regardless, exotics should not be restricted unless they are way better.
Sure there are things that are annoying or buggy, but keep fixing, enhancing and evolving. Keep up the great work Bungie.

1 RispondiI personally think the limit was a good idea.. but only for PVP. When playing PVE it shouldn't matter. If you put in the hard work to earn them (some of them anyway), why can't you use them all? In PVP it would be somewhat unfair, so I understand that. But for PVE, metaphorically it would be comparable to if you had to do a dangerous job, but you were only allowed to wear one piece of your safety gear.

What about having weapon presets/load outs on the "D pad" instead of waving and sitting. With keeping to the one exotic weapon rule.

I can see only one armor but in pve why not more exotic weapons. Who is it hurting anyway????

2 RisposteAs a warlock I think Voidfang + Dire Amkarah skull would be a bit much. Not that it's a bad idea, I just don't think that anyone should have too much of an edge on other players.

1 RispondiI can see multiple exotic weapons being equipped at once. That doesn't present an issue. Armor on the other hand does. Each exotic gives 3 passive bonuses (beyond the stat boosts) compared to 2 from a legendary. If you have all exotic on that means you are getting 12 passive upgrades while full legendary gives you only 8. That is a huge difference. Not only that but the exotic bonuses are significantly more powerful. I just don't see that working out well for Destiny.

1 RispondiI would totally agree for pve. But for pvp, no because ot just going to be a mess unless they make a specific playlist that allows it which would just be a fun game mode.

If they really intend for this game to last 10 years, and IF we are going to get to keep these characters that entire time to forge the Legend they say we can then they will have to both raise the level cap significantly (2 points isnt enough in this DLC Bungie) AND allow the equipping of multiple exotics, both weapons and armor at some point. I just wouldnt expect Iit ANYTIME soon though, and honestly I dont want it til my character is lvl 50+.

I think it would be ok for pve just not pvp. Or you can at least wear them but only select one ability

(For example) you could have a maximum of 10 exotic points you could equip and each primary started at 4, secondary at 5 and heavy at 6 points. You could equip two but once you started to level them up that number would increase with the weapons power. So eventually you could only equip 1 fully upgraded exotic because its rating was 10 #DeeJ

I think you should be able to equipt more than 1 exotic weapon but not armour because thats an easy lvl 30 eiht here

1 RispondiIn terms of weapons, we should be able to have more than one equipped, all the restriction does is force us to go to the menu and switch the weapons around.... in other words forcing us to go to the menu mid fight is immersion breaking and pointless, its not like we can dual wield our primary and secondary or heavies. Added to that is that most exotics are only slightly better (if that) than their legendary counterparts. I have 'The last word' but honestly i like my 'The devil you know' more, the only thing about TLW is it looks better. As for armor, I would love to be able to equip more than one. Just to actually have a decent appearance would be nice, i can guess at a couple reasons why its restricted, would a full set of exotics make a player lvl30? but otherwise am unsure, though even if a full set would allow us to hit lvl30 considering the expense or time spent to get all that equipment then i feel its not a bad idea. As you said, if the exotics were truly so powerful then it may be understandable but as things are atm (or before the 'unintentional' nerf) I can't see any sensible reason for the restriction.
