I think what he's trying to get is that they are both the same price but one has more than the other. So in effect, xbox owners will never get value for money from this game, until the lock lifts. And if someone isn't getting value for money whether it's to do with gaming, shopping, holidays etc they will complain. Let's say you bought gta v, and xbox signed a deal where they get a portion of the map for a whole year, with extra cars, missions etc, but is the same price as the PS version. You'd be pissed right? Because why would one get more if they are both the same price. It's a really strange business strategy. As for early cod maps on xbox etc. When PS players bought the game, they could access everything. And when they bought dlc they could access everything. Nothing was exclusive to either console. When it was released, you got what you paid for.
