After acquiring a Bad Seed Down which had the perks Feeding Frenzy (Kills increase reload speed) and Reactive Reload (reloading after a kill grants a bonus to damage for a short time), I realized what a perfect combination of perks those two were, since after every single kill I can simply reload quickly and get a damage boost while using it. THEN that gave me an idea...
Why not make Bad Juju, instead of having increased hipfire (which is useful, but not necessary for a Pulse Rifle), why not give it Reactive Reload as its perk, since the gun automatically reloads when you kill enemies with it? That way you would immediately get a damage bonus for each kill without reloading the weapon. I dunno the specifics of Reactive Reload (if it stacks or not), or what the base damage bonus is, but I feel if something like that were given to Bad Juju it might make it perform better since people dislike the weapon currently. I know the weapon was supposed to get a buff, but I don't think it did (it might have, I just don't feel a difference, I'd appreciate if someone could confirm or deny it getting changed).
This is just a suggestion, and I don't know if it has any potential to be OP or not, but considering it'd really only be truly useful in PvE, it doesn't seem like a bad idea. Something to potentially think about, I suppose.
