I'm on XBox. I have purchased the expansion pass The fact that PS4 users get exclusive content doesn't bother me. Sony wanted exclusivity, they paid for it and they got it. Microsoft could have negotiated special content for XBox users but didn't. That's life. If you don't like it, quit complaining and just stop playing the game. It's time to move on. Life is too short to get bent out of shape over a game.
