What I've been completely flabbergasted by is why these 3 vendors seem useless. Even though the Cryptarch does provide chance for legendary & exotic items, the ones he offers to sell are common & uncommon items despite your ranking. Which are meaningless after an hr of you first leveling up your character. Same with the Gunsmith, extra ammo synthesis can be extremely beneficial yet his inventory is toilet bowl worthy weapons. Now understanding that it's pretty easy to farm engrams for him to decrypt, I can see how him offering legendary items could be easily attainable, but there should be a better system to what he offers. Like instead of buying the items with glimmer, have another form of payment such as like the Vanguard marks or Crucible. Lastly the so called "Special Orders".. Truly a wasted vendor with nothing but measly emblems. Where can I make these "special orders" so I can get something worthy of honor. Hopefully this vendor is planned to be used in a more beneficial & successful manner than it currently is. Let me hear yalls inputs on this current topic!
