I'd say kick only if they're idling (AFK). If they're slow, you're a runner and your playing with completionists. Hence this poll. Realize that some players are different than you and this gets a whole lot less frustrating. Or, as mentioned above and in other comments: Play with friends who play like you. It's the only real way to do it without heartburn. Otherwise, accept that random match made parties have different opinions and goals in mind. We have to live with this for now.
