it does need a buff when people use blue hand cannons over it because the dps it puts out is so low because of the low ammo and slow reload. Simple. It's only good in pvp at the moment and most saying "it is fine, just don't know how to use it" are talking about pvp because they durn sure haven't used it in pve..... you know it's weak when your raid mates or strike mates kindly ask you to please use a different gun so you can actually help the team out...
