Just like any MMO (which this shares a similar structure), you bought a disk...your purchase guaranteed access (<-emphasis) to certain content. At least you don't have monthly fees. Just have patience. As a fellow gamer, I understand where the frustration stems. We are console gamers and games like this are new to our platform. We are used to buying a game and it all being right there at our fingertips to dominate at our leisure. But this new business model of DLC is molding how games are created. I am actually comforted to know that the expansions to this game are one pop offers. A monthly fee would have turned me off immediately. I wanted to play Elder Scrolls Online so bad, but the monthly fee killed it for me. I for one will stick with it. The concept has been good enough to bring me back time and again, and with this foundation I think something truly legendary will be formed. TL ; DR - Patience young grasshopper.

4 RisposteIve done the raid on normal since the patch, it wasnt that bad, but it does require a solid team. I did prefer letting the players decide who did what, but its just a case of getting people used to the roles. Some people cant wait while others get used to the raid and die a few times The loot system is balls, I hate that I could be stuck at 29 forever coz its purely down to luck if I get some raid gear. Well not just some raid gear, Ive got 2 lots of the gloves now! I need boots and helmet! They could have at least fixed the other bugs with the raid, like randomly getting stuck in the timegates, Atheon only taking 2 people, or sometimes taking 4! Unfortunately there is no governing body that cares about what a games company promises, and what they delivered. I blame the current cross-over period and just hope it gets better when they phase out old gen consoles. But I could be wrong, it could just be they are greedy and dont give a damn

Meh.... At worst the game is a 7 out of 10. Not perfect, has its issues, but still an alright game. Not the Anti-Christ like some of you hyperbolic drama queens are making it out to be.

Unless they show me something worth having, I have no intention on paying for any DLC for this game. Upwards to $20??? 1/3 the original price for 1/10th the content??? RIP OFF!!!

This isn't a normal FPS the content isn't on the disk the content is on the server your disk is just a door way to the content. They put stuff in the servers as a test and people just happen to glitch and find it. People say that this isn't an MMO but I've played Swtor for years and WoW and the gearing, loot, progression system looks pretty much the same to me. But I digress..

1 RispondiI love how i keep hearing about how all the DLC is already on the disc, when common sense says that if it was we would already have every detail of everything in all the DLC's datamined as of a few days after release. Just because there are some placeholders and a few unfinished areas doesn't mean everything is there. Certainly doesn't mean any of it was in anything resembling playable condition on release.

3 RisposteModificato da JOYROCK: 11/4/2014 3:26:27 PMyour right on every word sir :D, by the time your done your as clueless about whats going from the begining to end, id like to know who most ppl we never see again want??, they needed to come out with why's and how's on there disc!! not on the dlc(3 new missions aint going to help you either), ppl should be able to understand whats going on in destiny and we are left clueless, dont you usually have a story for the ppl so that they can say " hey this is a great story, im going to buy the dlc to continue it!", but no, theres nothing, what story??,..so much stuff left out you dont know wtf is going on even if your at level 30, this game is a disgrace.
