This is the second week in a row, but I after maxxing out my vanguard marks for the week, I have noticed that the rate for getting ascendant materials from Public events decreases substantially. (week one I had over 22 events with 1 Mote of light, and no Ascendant Materials; Week two I stopped at 8 with no reward). The drop off was immediate. I was getting shards and energies roughly 1 ever 4-5 events (sometimes more frequently). Then I got to the max number of vanguard marks allowed and every event after that...nothing. Please look into this as this is frustrating when it is the primary way for some people to get their materials for legendary weapons and armor.
