I just got The Last Word yesterday and have a few questions. Do you mostly fire from hip for bonus damage or use sites? What kind of loadout do you have on TLW? Any tips on shooting method?

As for a setup, if you're a hunter I highly recommend Chain of Woe and Gunslingers Trance plus armor that increases your ammo count and reload speed of hand cannons. If you're not a hunter i highly stress getting the gauntlets that increase relaid speed. As for tips all I can say is just practice. Learn the guns recoil through just having in patrol. Practice makes perfect

Got the gauntlets for that specific reason. Let me know when you do get TLW, that gun is crazy!
