So I was going around the Forgotten Shore since I had nothing to do, and I killed all of the enemies on the second half of the first ship and then I heard a radio playing. There is music playing and someone saying something in Russian (Since you are in Old Russia) or an alien language. I can't pinpoint where the sound is coming from but it can defiantly be heard on the higher parts of the ship. To hear the sound you have to be completely quite. If you can somehow figure out what the man is saying, leave your leads in the comments.
