You did get all of it, just a month later so you payed the same on a later date, if it sucked you could chose to skip it. Now X1 gets part of the dlc now and the rest in about a year.... If it sucks you still spent the full amount on part of the dlc, wouldnt have mind a month delay but this is just silly...
