I turn in 40+ Rare Engrams and get NO LEGENDARY ROLLS - Cryptarch is rubbish!
You would think that maybe even one of the 3 Cryptarch packages may have a legendary, but no... he screws me over! There's no point to rare engrams! Give us more opportunity to get legendary ones! Let me know if you are having rotten 'luck' with the Cryptarch below!
