There is no reason for you to complain about this, because it was know that ps4 would have exclusive content months before these consoles were even released. If this were really that big of a deal to you, then you would have bought a ps4 instead.

Please refer to where they said this about the expansions, and not the promotional PS4 content. Oh you can't? Because they never said anything of that sort? What a shocker.

Dude did you not read the below from the link? PlayStation platforms will also include additional exclusive content for Expansion I and II and will remain exclusive until at least Fall of 2015
