I have Thorn fully leveled. It's an interesting weapon which I use when I'm not trying to do something critical. I use it on Mars against the Cabal. It's about the only use for it I've found that out weighs the slow load and limited shots. I would appreciate a buff to this weapon. It needs just a hint of change. 8 bullets maybe? An increase in reload or a chance to reload faster on occasion. The issue I have with it is that in most cases it doesn't deal any more damage than The Devil You Know which I also have fully leveled. If I want to do something critical or need a real hand cannon, that's the one I use. Thorn is a liability and gets me killed in melee attacks all the time. If something is charging at me i don't have time to reload or switch out. I have to apply better strategies when using Thorn. For me it's a novelty and I generally use it for doing bounties. When it comes to strikes and raiding, this is not a weapon I want in hand. It's a shame they have yet to address it. I also have bad juju but never use it. One disappointing weapon is enough. edit: grammar mistake :(
