A Thorn buff is going to get hand cannons in general nerfed just wait and see

Hand cannons are skill based weapons, they have a steep learning curve. People try very hard to complain about snipers as well, it really doesn't hold up well. I'm sure the HC is going to get more users of expecting any nerf needs though

I don't think it will. The PvP players are usually the ones I see crying about about nerfs and you don't see very many hand cannon users in PvP so it should be fine but that might change after my gets buffed who knows
