Pulse rifles in general need a slight impact buff, but Bad Juju in particular, it's an exotic. It shouldn't have a tiny mag, hit like a fly, and shoot too fast to conserve ammo. If you want a kill to refresh your mag, you have to first dump two mags into the target, kinda defeats the purpose of the bonus. If it had a 21 round mag and a bit more impact, I would say it is worthy of Exotic status and would potentially be dusted off and pulled from my vault, if the buff they do is crap, I will at least get some much needed Acendant Energy out of it...
