I think Hard Light needs a major buff honestly. I have one almost fully max (except for last three damage upgrades) and it is pretty underwhelming for an exotic. The recoil even after perfect balance upgrade is still too much and the other perks have nothing special that really stands out from the other weapons.

I honestly love the Pocket Infinity, so if Bungie buffs that too, it would be super awesome. I like it fine as it is now tbh, so anything more would be icing on the cake for me.
