The fact that there was a change in the legendary rate from the Postmaster, should be added to the Update 1.0.2 Patch Notes. There is no denying that the postmaster barely gives legendary items, as he once did, since this patch. This is a major change in the behavior. We were just expecting the Cryptarch's behavior to change, but clearly the postmaster was updated along with the Cryptarch and legendary patches. Can you update the notes to include this fact, for accuracy?
